General Terms of Use of the Self Aware Platform

Last updated: September 2026.

By using the Self Aware platform you accept the following general terms of use.

1. Definitions

Certain terms used in these general terms of use have the following meanings:

  • The “Provider” is WOLFIE GROUP LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States of America, as the operator of the service and the authorized provider of Self Aware.
  • “Self Aware” or “SA” means the digital service of providing responses to user questions through the Self Aware website (tryselfaware.app), which uses an existing large language model, previously trained and/or configured on the basis of professional materials, guidelines, content and case-study examples from the field of psychology, in order to process user queries and generate responses.
  • The “User” is a person who creates an account on the Self Aware website and selects one of the available plans in order to use the artificial intelligence service described in these Terms, as well as a user of the free version of that AI model.
  • A “large language model” is an advanced third-party artificial intelligence (AI) model used to generate textual responses to the questions submitted.
  • A “conversation” is an exchange of messages between the User and Self Aware, which may contain a question, one or more follow-up questions, and generated responses.

2. Description of the service

Self Aware is a digital service based on a monthly subscription: the User is given access to software that generates conversation-like content, whereby the software does not provide a healthcare service or psychotherapy, does not make diagnoses, and does not replace professional help.

Self Aware is a software system based on combining professional materials, guidelines, content and case-study examples from the field of psychology, prepared by a qualified clinical psychologist, with commercial large language models (LLMs, whereby the right to select the specific model is reserved). Large language models are a type of artificial intelligence system capable of processing user queries and generating textual responses on the basis of prior training and available content.

Self Aware uses these models to understand the User’s questions and to formulate responses on the basis of previously prepared professional materials and guidelines.

Because generated content may contain inaccurate or incomplete information, responses must be interpreted with appropriate critical reserve, and they do not constitute a substitute for the direct assessment and professional work of a psychologist or other qualified professional.

The User accepts that content generated by the Self Aware system is informational and does not constitute professional advice.

3. Purpose of the service

Self Aware is intended for users who wish to receive informative and supportive communication, using responses generated by artificial intelligence on the basis of professional materials, guidelines, content and case-study examples prepared by a qualified clinical psychologist.

Self Aware is a supporting tool and is not intended to replace professional psychological or medical help; it serves as a tool for support and self-reflection.

The responses generated by Self Aware are of an exclusively informative, educational and supportive character and do not constitute a professional psychological assessment, a diagnosis, psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or individualized professional advice.

The User is obliged to interpret the responses received with appropriate critical reserve and, where the nature of the question or the circumstances so require, to contact a qualified professional for direct assessment and professional help.

The service is intended exclusively for adults.

By using the Self Aware platform, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.

4. Limitations on the entry of data

Users undertake not to use the platform for any form of abuse, automated requests, or attempts to disrupt the system. Violation of these rules may result in permanent suspension of the account.

By creating an account and accepting these Terms (or by using the free version of the AI model), the User confirms that they have been expressly warned not to enter personal data, trade secrets, or sensitive data (for example medical data, data on criminal convictions, and similar) through Self Aware.

Should the User nevertheless enter such data, they do so entirely at their own risk. The Provider bears no liability for damage arising from the unauthorized entry or disclosure of such data by the User.

5. Availability of the platform and liability for third parties

Self Aware relies on the use of a large language model. The Provider cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Self Aware platform, nor its continuous and correct functioning, to the extent that this depends on the availability, operation or technical characteristics of third-party systems.

By these Terms the User is warned that the Provider assumes no liability in the event of unavailability of the large language model or of other third-party systems for reasons outside the Provider’s control, including, without limitation, technical failures, interruptions or limitations in the provision of the service, traffic limitations, changes to terms of use, regulatory restrictions, and other circumstances originating from third parties.

The Provider likewise bears no liability for operating errors, out-of-date information, technical deficiencies or other omissions of third-party systems that may affect the availability or functioning of Self Aware.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Self Aware belong to the Provider or to third parties from whom the Provider has acquired the corresponding rights.

The professional materials, content, guidelines, case-study examples and other documentation prepared for the purposes of developing, training and/or configuring Self Aware by a qualified clinical psychologist, as well as the design, interface, databases and other documentation and elements of the service, remain the property of, or under the control of, their author or the Provider, in accordance with their mutual relationship.

For the duration of the subscription relationship, the User acquires a limited, non-transferable right to use Self Aware solely for the purpose of using the functionalities of the service within the selected plan.

The User is prohibited from reproducing, distributing or transferring to third parties Self Aware, its functionalities, content, professional materials or other elements of the service, from using them to develop competing products or services, or from otherwise using them in a manner that exceeds the ordinary and permitted use of the service.

7. Access to the service and limits on the number of questions

Access to the Self Aware service is obtained after registering a user account and accepting these Terms.

The details of the individual plans, including price, duration, the number of permitted questions and/or conversations and other conditions of use, are governed by the applicable price list and/or the terms of the selected plan.

The User is obliged to formulate their queries clearly and precisely, bearing in mind that the content, clarity and context of the question posed may affect the quality of the generated response.

8. Subscriptions and payment

  • Payment is processed through Stripe, a secure payment system.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically; the User may cancel at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

9. Disclaimer for content generated by artificial intelligence

AI models may produce inaccurate information, biased views, or content that does not reflect the actual state of affairs or professional standards.

Although it strives to ensure a high quality of service, and because artificial intelligence (AI) may give inaccurate answers or invent them, regardless of the AI software used, the Provider is not liable for the quality, reliability or accuracy of the responses obtained from the AI tool.

It is the User’s obligation to verify the accuracy of every response received and to use or apply it further at their own risk.

The Provider cannot guarantee, and does not assume liability for, the operation, availability or security of the AI tool’s systems, nor for changes to its rules, privacy policies or terms of use, which are managed by a third party.

Self Aware uses advanced artificial intelligence (AI) systems to provide responses and generate content. It is important to understand that these responses are generated automatically, on the basis of statistical models and available data, and not by human experts.

The User accepts that they will:

  • treat every AI response solely as an informational possibility, and not as fact;
  • take steps to independently verify the accuracy of the information received through reliable, independent sources;
  • not rely on AI responses in situations that may have legal, financial, medical or any other significant consequences.

The Provider bears no liability for any direct or indirect damage, loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on content generated by the AI tool on the Self Aware platform.

The Provider bears no liability for consequences arising from reliance on generated responses as a substitute for direct professional assessment, or from their inadequate, unprofessional or incorrect use.

The platform assumes no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of a conversation with the AI assistant. In the event of a psychiatric emergency, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911 — or contact another qualified professional.

By using this service, you confirm that you have understood these risks and that you use AI tools entirely at your own risk.

10. Acceptance of the general terms of use

By using the Self Aware platform, the User confirms that they have had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the content of these Terms and that they accept them in full.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with prior notice to users via email or in the application.
